Human Resource Officer

Kaebauk Investimentu No Finansas S.A. (Kaebauk) is seeking to hire a Human Resource Officer to assist Kaebauk operations and managing human resources to achieving the organization’s mission through the effective implementation of HR strategies and processes. Understand relevant work acquire, retain, and motivate talent assessment. Talent essential to delivery support of all unit functions related.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Check outputs and quality of transactions (e.g., documentation, reports, benefit calculations, etc.) to ensure consistency with established HR rules and guidelines.
  • Oversee provision of human resource services across a range of functions (e.g., recruitment, performance management, attendance, social security and benefits administration, legal concerns, etc.) to sustain the operations of different Kaebauk units.
  • Monitor Kaebauk's benefits and leave management process, identifying and addressing gaps in delivery to ensure consistent provision of entitlements to staff.
  • Conduct training and development programs, including succession planning, to ensure consistent operations of the different Kaebauk units.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Completion of Secondary School.
  • Prior experience in the provision of human resources services (e.g., performance management, benefits administration, etc.); experience in the use and maintenance of human resource databases/systems preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Tetum essential to communicate in writing and speaking.
